Ask your former veterinary hospital to send relevant medical records, laboratory results, imaging reports and vaccination history to info@TreelineAnimalHospital.com.
Bring medications and questions
Please bring current medication names, doses and supplements—or photographs of their labels—along with the questions you want to discuss.
For urgent concerns: Please call rather than email. If your pet has difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, collapse, repeated seizures or another life-threatening emergency, seek an emergency veterinary hospital immediately.
